Appliquée par voie topique anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens (Ains) sont une absorption systémique, avec le potentiel de production de rare, mais cliniquement significative des effets systémiques. Les ains ont été démontré de façon réversible inhiber l'adhésion des plaquettes et de l'agrégation et peuvent légèrement prolonger le temps de saignement chez les individus sains. Ces effets peuvent être plus prononcés chez les patients présentant sous-jacente des anomalies de l'hémostase. Une thrombocytopénie a également été rapportés lors de l'utilisation des AINS. La thérapie avec les oculaires, les Ains doivent être administrés avec prudence chez les patients présentant une importante hémorragie active ou d'une diathèse hémorragique, y compris de l'hémostase et/ou des troubles de la coagulation associé à l'hémophilie, la carence en vitamine K, hypoprothrombinémie, thrombocytopénie, thrombocytopathy, ou d'insuffisance hépatique grave.
