Sélectifs du recaptage de la sérotonine (Isrs) sont principalement métabolisé par le foie. Les concentrations plasmatiques d'Isrs et de leurs métabolites peuvent être augmentés et la demi-vie prolongée chez les patients présentant une altération de la fonction hépatique. L'ajustement de la posologie peut être nécessaire selon l'état d'emballage du produit.
