Sélectifs du recaptage de la sérotonine (Isrs) peuvent déclencher des crises chez environ 0,2% des patients, et certains d'entre eux ne sont pas recommandés chez les patients avec épilepsie instable. La thérapie avec les Isrs doit être administré avec prudence chez les patients souffrant de troubles épileptiques.
