Tous les antidépresseurs peuvent parfois causer la manie ou d'hypomanie, en particulier chez les patients atteints de trouble bipolaire. Le traitement avec des antidépresseurs doit être administré avec prudence chez les patients présentant des antécédents de manie/hypomanie.
