L'utilisation des thrombolytiques est contre-indiqué dans les patients avec un actif de purge (interne), d'un traumatisme ou de chirurgie (récent CPR/intracrânienne/intrarachidienne la chirurgie dans un délai de 2 mois), diathèse hémorragique, l'histoire de cérébro-vasculaire (CV) accident, intracrânienne défaut (anévrisme, une malformation artério-veineuse, tumeur) ou de graves incontrôlée hypertension artérielle (SYSTOLIQUE>180/PAD>110). Les risques et les avantages doivent être soigneusement pris en considération dans les conditions suivantes et la thérapie thrombolytique administré avec prudence chez les patients ayant récemment (10 jours) de graves saignements gastro-intestinaux ou récentes (10 jours) procédure chirurgicale (pontage coronarien par greffe, de l'accouchement, de l'orgue de la biopsie, ponction de incompressible navire), du cœur gauche thrombus, endocardite bactérienne subaiguë, hémostatique défaut, de maladie cardiovasculaire, diabétique rétinopathie hémorragique, ou d'une grossesse. La surveillance clinique de hématopoïétiques, du saignement et de la coagulation, des fonctions est recommandée avant l'initiation du traitement thrombolytique. Les mesures de l'activité fibrinolytique et/ou de la coagulation fonctions lors de la perfusion ne sont pas en corrélation avec l'efficacité ou risque de saignement.
