Consommateur:

L'utilisation de ces agents est contre-indiqué chez les patients atteints d'œdème angioneurotique héréditaire ou des antécédents d'angio-œdème idiopathique. Les Patients avec des antécédents d'angio-œdème non lié à des inhibiteurs de l'ECA peuvent être à risque accru d'œdème de quincke tout en recevant un inhibiteur de l'ECA. Il faut conseiller aux Patients de signaler immédiatement tout signe ou symptôme évocateur d'œdème de quincke (gonflement du visage, des extrémités, des yeux, des lèvres ou de la langue, ou de la difficulté à avaler ou à respirer) et à arrêter de prendre le médicament jusqu'à indication contraire par leur médecin. D'urgence de la thérapie et/ou des mesures visant à prévenir l'obstruction des voies respiratoires sont nécessaires pour l'œdème de quincke touchant la langue, de la glotte ou du larynx. Le traitement avec des inhibiteurs de l'ECA doit être interrompu de façon permanente si l'œdème de quincke se développe en association avec la thérapie.
