Consommateur:

L'utilisation de ce médicament est contre-indiqué chez les patients atteints de classe IV de la NYHA une insuffisance cardiaque décompensée. La stimulation sympathique est peut-être important dans le maintien de la fonction hémodynamique chez ces patients, ainsi bêta-adrénergiques peuvent aggraver l'insuffisance cardiaque. Le carvédilol peut être utilisé pour le traitement de légère à modérée (classe NYHA II ou III) de l'insuffisance cardiaque ischémique ou cardiomyopathiques origine chez des patients recevant des digitaliques, diurétiques, un inhibiteur de l'ECA, et/ou des nitrates.
