Des récepteurs bêta-adrénergiques bloquants (aka les bêta-bloquants) peut modifier un bilan lipidique. Augmentation du taux sérique de VLDL et de LDL cholestérol et de triglycérides, ainsi que des diminutions des taux de cholestérol HDL, ont été signalés par certains bêta-bloquants.
